Robert E. Vanderwall

The founding of the Historical Society was greeted with great pleasure by Brother Dennis. He was delighted that the members were interested in his myriad of historical projects. His "to do" list was endless and with great joy he kept us very busy! His station wagon was always full of artifacts and he spent many hours searching for them. Visitors to our History Center are always amazed at our extensive collection.

His enthusiasm and appreciation for everything that was being accomplished inspired us to do everything we could to help him. The success of the Society is a direct result of his participation and leadership. The dedication of the History Center to him was certainly well deserved - without him, there would not have been one. His many contributions to Moraga, its families and the Society will be long remembered, as will he.
